Plain language, no fine print.

What we collect

• ·What you type in a form. Name, email, company, niche and project notes from the contact form; the answers you give in the demo or kit brief.
• ·Brand material you upload. Logos, images, copy, colour picks and sitemap choices. If you skip the upload, we hold nothing.
• ·Booking details. The slot you pick, your timezone and the email you want the invite sent to.
• ·Payment details, but not your card. Card data goes straight to Stripe. We see the amount, the last four digits and whether it went through.

Why we collect it

To build your demo, to reply to you, and to take payment when you decide to buy. That is the whole list. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not pass your details to anyone looking to sell you something.

Legally: we process what you send us to perform a contract or to answer a request you made.

Cookies and analytics

One functional cookie keeps your place in a brief so a refresh does not wipe your answers. That is the only cookie this site sets today: no analytics, no third-party ad pixels, no cross-site trackers and no session recording of your screen. If we ever add a privacy-first analytics tool, we will name it here first.

Who else touches it

A short list of services, each getting only the piece it needs to do its job:

Some of these operate outside your country. Transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses. We will also hand over data if the law requires it. We will tell you unless we are barred from doing so.

How long we keep it

• ·Enquiries that never became a project: 24 months, then deleted.
• ·Project files and briefs: for the life of the project plus 12 months, so we can help you after launch.
• ·Invoices and receipts: seven years, because tax law says so.

Your rights

Ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@ghobz.com. One message is enough, no form to fill in. We reply within five business days and act within 30. If you are unhappy with how we handled it, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Everything moves over encrypted connections. Access is limited to the people working on your project, on individual accounts with two-factor authentication. No shared logins. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you within 72 hours of finding it. We explain in plain language what we are doing about it.

Changes and contact

When this policy changes we date it at the top, and if the change is material we email anyone with an active project. This site is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Questions, corrections and deletion requests all go to admin@ghobz.com.
