Terms of Service

These terms cover the free demo, the full website build and the self-make kit. Using the site or accepting a demo means you agree to them.

The short version
✓We build a real demo first. You pay nothing to see it.
✓When it is paid in full, the site is yours to run, and the source transfers to you if you need it.
✓Either side can walk away before payment, no fee, no hard feelings.
01

The free demo

Tell us about the project and we design and build a working demo, usually within 48 hours of having your brief. It is free, there is no obligation, and we will not invoice you for it under any circumstances.

Until you buy, the demo stays our property: it lives on our staging link, and copying its code or design without purchase is not permitted. We may decline or stop a demo if the work is illegal, hateful, or something we would not want our name on.

02

What you are buying

Full website
$10,000

Design, build, responsive layouts, on-page SEO basics and launch on your domain. Scope is what we agree in writing before the invoice.

Self-make kit
$450 one-time

Your brand and page kit, delivered as files within 48 hours of payment. You build and launch it yourself.

Anything not written into the agreed scope (extra pages, integrations, ongoing content, ad campaigns) is a separate quote.

03

Payment

The kit is paid up front through Stripe. A full website is invoiced in two parts: half to start production on the demo you approved, half on launch. We may agree a different split in writing. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax due in your country. Invoices are due within 14 days. Late invoices pause work rather than accrue drama.

04

Ownership

On final payment, the site is yours to run. If you ever need the source itself, for a new developer or a different host, we transfer it to you. That includes the design files and the copy we wrote for it. No licence fees, no ransom on the source, no lock-in to us for edits.

Two carve-outs. Fonts, stock imagery and third-party plugins stay under their own licences, which we will name for you. The generic building blocks we reuse across projects stay ours to reuse. Anything you gave us (logos, photos, text) was always yours and stays yours.

05

What we need from you

  • ·One person who can make decisions and sign off.
  • ·Content, brand files and any access we need within ten business days of asking.
  • ·Confirmation that you have the right to use everything you send us.
  • ·Feedback in one pass per round, rather than in pieces over weeks.

A project with no reply from you for 30 days is paused and moved out of the production queue; restarting it may mean waiting for the next open slot.

06

Revisions

Two rounds of revisions per stage are included: design, then build. Beyond that, or for a change of direction after sign-off, we quote the extra work and wait for your yes before touching anything.

07

Cancelling and refunds

Before you pay anything, you can walk away at no cost. That is the point of building first. After a deposit, you can stop the project at any time; the deposit covers work already done and is not refundable, and nothing further is owed.

The self-make kit is refunded in full if you cancel before we deliver the files. Once delivered it cannot be returned, so it is non-refundable. If something in it is broken or missing, tell us and we will fix it.

08

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, payments and scheduling run on other people's platforms and are governed by their terms. We will set them up in your name where we can. Their ongoing costs are yours from launch onward, and their outages are not something we can be liable for.

09

Limits and law

We build carefully and test what we ship, but we cannot promise search rankings, traffic or revenue. No one honestly can. Our total liability for a project is capped at what you paid us for it. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We may show finished work in our portfolio and on social after launch. Say the word in writing and we will keep it private. If we change these terms, the version on this page is the one that applies to new work. Existing projects keep the terms in force when they started. Disputes: we talk first, and if that fails, the courts of our registered jurisdiction have it. Questions go to admin@ghobz.com.

Ask before you sign. We answer in the same plain language.
