Booking for
metal and glass.

Shower door measures. Glass repair visits. Railing site checks. Each one books itself instead of waiting on a callback.

Phone tag

The installer can’t answer from a lift. The homeowner won’t leave a message. Two days pass and they’ve called someone else.

Wasted measures

The crew drives out and the tile isn’t finished. A shower measure booked too early is a lost morning.

One queue

A board-up can’t wait for Thursday. A scratched mirror can. A voicemail box treats them the same.

Measure booking

A week of requests at a sample glass shop: first in one voicemail queue, then asked the right questions and given a slot.

Example week of a sample glass shop's calendar, with 22 requests in both versions. Before: 6 visits booked, 27% of requests, 2 wasted trips because the tile was not finished, and no reminders. After each job is asked its own questions first on a booking page and given a slot, with a board-up sent straight to the phone and a text the day before: 15 visits, 68%, 1 wasted trip, and 15 reminders sent.

Before One voicemail from a lift, and two trips wasted: the tile wasn’t done.

  1. Before: One voicemail from a lift, and two trips wasted: the tile wasn’t done.
  2. Questions: Same request, asked first: is the tile done, what access, a photo.
  3. Picked: Mei picks Thursday at 9, and the measure lands on the calendar.
  4. Filled: Each job gets its own slot, and a board-up goes straight to the owner’s phone.
  5. Reminded: The day before, each visit gets a text, so no door is locked.
  6. Report: Fewer trips for a measure that wasn’t ready, week by week.

What you get

  • Booking for measures, repairs and site checks, right on your calendar
  • Questions first: is the tile done, what glass, what access, photos of the opening
  • Urgent jobs like a board-up sent straight to your phone
  • Text reminders, so nobody drives to a locked door
  • Follow-up that stops once they book or go cold

The cycle

Booking closes out Prospect. A booked measure turns into a quote, a job and, later, a review request.

  1. Lead

Everything that gets you a lead.

More people find you and reach out.

  2. Prospect

    Turn interest into a sale.

More of them say yes, and you never chase.

  3. Client

    Keep the job moving.

Jobs run on time, with less of you managing them.

  4. Kept or closed

    What happens after the job.

Finished work brings in the next job.

  5. Growth

Feed it back into the machine.

Every finished job helps bring the next lead.

Then it starts again.

CRM: Customers, conversations, bookings, jobs and employee tasks in one place, across all five.

The outcome

Less Work

No more calling back to find a time.

Less Time

Fewer trips for a measure that wasn’t ready.

More Sales

More estimates on the calendar, and fewer lost to voicemail.

Your questions

When should a shower door be measured?

After the tile is done and the walls and curb are final. Tempered glass can’t be cut once it’s tempered, so a measure taken too early can waste the panel.

How long does a glass shower door install take?

Two visits with a wait between: the measure once the tile is done, then the install after the glass is cut and tempered. Book the second visit when the glass ships, not before.

Why book repair and new install differently?

Repair is a clock: board-up now, reglaze once the glass is cut. New install is a sequence: site check, measure, quote, lead time. Each gets its own questions and its own slot.
