Plumber website

Someone standing in water opens your site on a phone. They need to know you come out tonight, what the trip costs and that you hold a license. Everything else can wait further down.

Hidden emergency plumber

Your emergency number sits in the footer beside the copyright. A homeowner with water coming through the ceiling will not scroll for it.

Plumbing price silence

Callers want a starting point. A site that never says how you price, flat rate or by the hour, sends them to the shop that does.

Blind leak trips

A photo of the leak tells you whether to bring a torch or a jetter. A contact form with no photo upload means a trip to find out.

The price page

A sample plumbing shop’s site, before the rebuild and after it. Watch a homeowner with a leaking water heater look for a price, then book.

Example site check, sample figures. A homeowner on a phone. Old site: a price shows, as a page that says to call for an estimate, after 7.8 seconds, 6.9 MB, largest paint 6.2s, tap reply 590ms, layout shift 0.27. Rebuilt site: a price shows, the shop’s own flat rate, after 0.6 seconds, 201 KB, largest paint 1.1s, tap reply 160ms, layout shift 0.02.

Before A water heater is leaking. The homeowner opens the site to see what a new one costs.

  1. Before: A water heater is leaking. The homeowner opens the site to see what a new one costs.
  2. Stuck: They tap Pricing and get a page that says to call for an estimate.
  3. Rebuild: Same shop. Its own flat rates come off the truck sheet and onto the first screen.
  4. After: Water heater swaps from $1,450, with tonight’s times under it.
  5. Booked: They pick a window, and the arrival time comes by text.

What you get

  • Free website for your plumbing shop, hosted and kept up by us, on a domain in your name
  • Tap to call on every screen, with a separate line for after-hours emergencies
  • A page for each job: water heaters, drains, sewer lines, leak detection, repipes, gas lines
  • Your license number, insurance and who pulls the permit, on every page
  • A request form that takes a photo of the leak or the old water heater label
  • Your service agreement on its own page, with what members get

The cycle

The website is where Lead lands for a plumbing shop: every search, ad and Nextdoor mention ends on a page that gets the truck booked.

  1. Lead

Everything that gets you a lead.

More people find you and reach out.

  2. Prospect

    Turn interest into a sale.

More of them say yes, and you never chase.

  3. Client

    Keep the job moving.

Jobs run on time, with less of you managing them.

  4. Kept or closed

    What happens after the job.

Finished work brings in the next job.

  5. Growth

Feed it back into the machine.

Every finished job helps bring the next lead.

Then it starts again.

CRM: Customers, conversations, bookings, jobs and employee tasks in one place, across all five.

What we build

The website

A site with tap to call on every screen and a page for drains, leaks and water heaters.

SEO

A page for drains, leaks and water heaters in each town, so you show up on Maps.

AEO

Answers to what to do about a leak that AI tools quote, with your name on them.

Lead generation

A water heater quote page and a drain special that ask for a name and number.

Social posts

Jobs you finished this week, posted with the town and what was wrong.

AI agents

An AI agent asks what’s leaking and where, and gets a photo before you roll.

Missed calls

A missed call gets a text back in minutes, and the leak gets a time.

Booking

Service calls book into open slots by job type, with the arrival window.

The dashboard

Every call, form and text on one dashboard, with the emergencies on top.

Reviews and referrals

After each call a text asks for a review and offers a link to share with a neighbor.

Email campaigns

Maintenance reminders and water heater checks go to past customers at the right season.

PostHog analytics

PostHog shows which job pages turn visitors into booked calls.

Session replay

Session replay shows the homeowner who reached the quote form and gave up.

Monthly numbers

Each month you see calls and forms, service calls booked and jobs paid.

Every job reaches one dashboard, and Jobber or ServiceTitan stays.

What we build

The plan

Less Work

Price changes, new towns and seasonal notices go live from one text to us.

Less Time

Your site is up in the setup weeks, not after a season of back and forth.

More Sales

More of the people who open your site in a hurry can reach you before the next plumber.

Your questions

What should a plumbing website include?

Your phone number where a thumb can reach it, the towns you cover, your license, and a page for each job you want. Add how you price and a way to send a photo. A homeowner in a hurry decides on those few things.

Should plumbers put prices on their website?

Starting prices, yes, where the job is predictable: a drain clearing, a toilet swap, a water heater of a given size. Leak hunts and repipes depend on what the wall hides, so say how you quote those instead.

Does my plumbing license number need to be on my website?

In some states, yes: California wants it on any website that solicits work. Elsewhere it is still the first thing a careful homeowner checks, so we put it on every page.
