Electrician scheduling
software.

An electrician’s week bends around inspection windows the city sets. Online booking for estimates and service calls fills the hours around those windows, instead of a week of phone tag.

Electrical inspector weeks

The inspector gives you a window and you wait it out. Estimates booked by phone land on top of it, and something gets moved.

Hidden panel surprises

You arrive for an EV charger estimate and learn the panel sits in a finished basement behind drywall. A question at booking would have told you.

Forgotten electrical estimates

A homeowner booked an estimate a week out and forgot. Nobody reminded them, and your electrician lost a morning.

Estimate windows

A sample electrician’s week of estimates, the same requests twice: first a missed call and voicemail, then a text and an arrival window.

Example week of a sample electrician's estimate calendar, with 29 lead calls in both versions. Before: 7 visits booked, a booked visit rate of 24%, 2 with no access to the panel, and no reminders. After a missed call gets a text and a booking page with three arrival windows, and each visit gets a reminder the day before: 16 visits booked, a rate of 55%, 1 with no access, and 16 reminders sent.

Before Calls go to voicemail from a crawl space. Seven visits, two no access.

  1. Before: Calls go to voicemail from a crawl space. Seven visits, two no access.
  2. Text back: Same Monday. The missed call gets a text and a link to real windows.
  3. Picked: Carla picks Tuesday, 10 to 12, and it lands on the calendar.
  4. Filled: Every missed call gets the same text, and the week fills.
  5. Reminded: The day before, every visit gets a text with its window.
  6. Report: The rate is on the monthly report. A burning smell never waits.

What you get

  • Online booking for estimates and service calls, with windows set by job type
  • Questions at booking: panel location, amperage if known, photos of the spot
  • Inspection dates kept on the same calendar, so estimates do not land on them
  • Reminders the day before, with an easy reschedule
  • On The partnership, Jobber and Housecall Pro on its MAX plan take bookings directly; ServiceTitan shops get a handoff to the office

The cycle

Booking closes Prospect for an electrician: a request with photos becomes an estimate slot that does not clash with the inspector.

  1. Lead

Everything that gets you a lead.

More people find you and reach out.

  2. Prospect

    Turn interest into a sale.

More of them say yes, and you never chase.

  3. Client

    Keep the job moving.

Jobs run on time, with less of you managing them.

  4. Kept or closed

    What happens after the job.

Finished work brings in the next job.

  5. Growth

Feed it back into the machine.

Every finished job helps bring the next lead.

Then it starts again.

CRM: Customers, conversations, bookings, jobs and employee tasks in one place, across all five.

Your questions

What scheduling software do electricians use?

Many run a field service tool such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or Jobber for dispatch and invoicing. What we add sits in front: homeowners book estimates themselves, and the booking reaches that tool or your office.

Can customers book an electrician online?

For estimates and routine service calls, yes, from the open slots on your calendar. Emergencies like sparking or a burning smell still go to a person straight away.
