Recruits check your site before they take your call. Sellers check it before they let your agent in. Both find a roster, a search bar and a stock photo of a handshake.

Stale agent roster

The office manager updates the roster when someone remembers. Departed agents keep taking inquiries, and new hires wait weeks for a page.

No careers page

An agent thinking of switching wants your splits, your training and who they would sit next to. They find a phone number and call the brokerage that wrote it down.

Orphaned inquiry forms

The contact form emails an inbox nobody owns. Nobody knows it broke, because a lead that never arrives leaves no trace.

Office by office

A sample brokerage’s site, before the rebuild and after it. Watch a seller look for who covers their street, then ask that office.

  2. Stuck: They tap Our Agents and get 46 headshots A to Z, three who left.
  3. Rebuild: Same brokerage. Each staffed office gets its own page and its own agents.
  4. After: The Brookmere page names who sells there, with what sold nearby under it.
  5. Asked: One question sent. It reaches the office’s agent whose turn it is.

What you get

  • Free website, built for the brokerage, on a domain that stays the firm’s
  • Office pages, team pages and a page for each agent, all under the brokerage name and logo
  • A roster that adds and drops agents from one list, so a new hire has a page on day one
  • A careers page with your model, training and culture, and a confidential form for agents thinking of joining
  • Every inquiry sent to the right office or team in Follow Up Boss or Lofty, tagged with the page it came from
  • IDX search from your MLS feed on the brokerage domain, under your broker approval

The cycle

The website is where Lead lands for every office: searches, ads and agent links all end on a page that names the brokerage and passes the inquiry on.

  1. Lead

Everything that gets you a lead.

More people find you and reach out.

  2. Prospect

    Turn interest into a sale.

More of them say yes, and you never chase.

  3. Client

    Keep the job moving.

Jobs run on time, with less of you managing them.

  4. Kept or closed

    What happens after the job.

Finished work brings in the next job.

  5. Growth

Feed it back into the machine.

Every finished job helps bring the next lead.

Then it starts again.

CRM: Customers, conversations, bookings, jobs and employee tasks in one place, across all five.

What we build

The website

A brokerage site with search by neighborhood and a page for every agent on the team.

SEO

Neighborhood and agent pages that come up when buyers search homes for sale near me.

AEO

Answer pages on schools, taxes and neighborhoods that AI tools can quote for your brokerage.

Lead generation

A home value page and new listing alerts that turn browsers into named leads.

Social posts

Just listed and just sold posts for every agent, on Instagram and Facebook.

AI agents

An AI agent answers site and portal leads at night and hands each one to the right agent.

Missed calls

A missed call gets a text back in minutes and a showing on the calendar.

Booking

Showings and listing appointments land on the agent’s calendar, with ShowingTime left in place.

The dashboard

Every buyer and seller lead, from every agent, on one dashboard with its stage.

Reviews and referrals

After closing, clients get a text asking for a review of their agent and a referral.

Email campaigns

Market updates and new listings go to your sphere and past clients every month.

PostHog analytics

PostHog shows which listings and neighborhoods people read before they ask.

Session replay

Session replay shows where a buyer gave up on the search or the form.

Monthly numbers

Each month you see leads by agent, showings booked and deals that closed.

Every lead lands on one dashboard, and Follow Up Boss stays.

What we build

The plan

Less Work

Roster, office and team changes happen once, from one list.

Less Time

A new agent is on the site the week they join, not the month after.

More Sales

Recruits and sellers both find a firm worth calling, and their message reaches someone.

Your questions

What should a real estate team page include on a brokerage website?

Who is on the team, the areas and home types it covers, how to reach the team lead and recent sales. The brokerage name belongs on it too, and in some states it must be at least as prominent as the team name.

Can a brokerage website help recruit agents?

It helps the recruiting you already do. Agents look up a firm before a first meeting, so a careers page that explains your model, training and support makes that meeting easier. It does not replace the conversation.

Should a brokerage use the website its franchise or CRM provides?

It works as a start. The catch is ownership: leave the platform and the site, pages and history can stay behind. Ours sits on a domain the brokerage owns.
