Commercial real estate
website design.

Your site shows a skyline and a phone number. A tenant wants the space list, an investor wants the OM, and both leave for LoopNet to find them.

Skyline homepage

A stock skyline and a contact form tell a tenant nothing. They came for availabilities, square footage and the broker who knows the building.

Emailed OMs

Investors ask for the offering memorandum by email. The confidentiality agreement goes out by hand, and nobody knows who opened the PDF.

Rekeyed listings

Each new listing is typed into the portals, then the flyer, then the website. The website is the one that falls behind.

Live availability

A sample brokerage’s site, before the rebuild and after it. Watch a tenant look for space, then ask for the offering memorandum.

Example site check, sample figures. A tenant on a phone. Old site: available space shows, as a PDF of old flyers, after 9.6 seconds, 21.2 MB, largest paint 6.1s, tap reply 580ms, layout shift 0.24. Rebuilt site: available space shows, on the brokerage’s own pages, after 1.1 seconds, 257 KB, largest paint 1.6s, tap reply 210ms, layout shift 0.03.

  1. Before: A tenant whose lease ends next year opens the site. A slider of stock towers loads first.
  2. Stuck: They tap Find Space, and a 14 MB PDF of old flyers downloads.
  3. Rebuild: Same brokerage. Availability comes from Buildout onto the site, one page a listing.
  4. After: The search is the page, with Suite 200 at 410 Foundry Way right under it.
  5. Requested: They sign the CA on the page, and the OM lands in their inbox.

What you get

  • Your free website, built for your brokerage on a domain that stays yours
  • Availability pages by property type and submarket, with a map and the facts in plain text
  • An OM vault: the buyer signs the confidentiality agreement online, the offering memorandum opens and the broker is told
  • A page for each broker, with designations, submarkets and the side of the deal they work
  • Listings drawn from Buildout where your account allows it, so nothing is typed twice
  • Every form tested and sent to the right broker and your CRM

The cycle

The website is where Lead lands: every search, ad and email ends on a page that holds the listing and asks for the next step.

  1. Lead

Everything that gets you a lead.

More people find you and reach out.

  2. Prospect

    Turn interest into a sale.

More of them say yes, and you never chase.

  3. Client

    Keep the job moving.

Jobs run on time, with less of you managing them.

  4. Kept or closed

    What happens after the job.

Finished work brings in the next job.

  5. Growth

Feed it back into the machine.

Every finished job helps bring the next lead.

Then it starts again.

CRM: Customers, conversations, bookings, jobs and employee tasks in one place, across all five.

What we build

The website

A site with every listing, its flyer and specs, and a page for each property type.

SEO

Listing and property type pages that come up when tenants search office or warehouse space.

AEO

Market pages on leases, zoning and build-outs that AI tools can quote when a tenant rep asks.

Lead generation

A space requirements form and listing flyers that ask for an email before the download.

Social posts

New listings and closed deals posted on LinkedIn, where owners and tenant reps look.

AI agents

An AI agent asks size, budget and move-in date before a broker spends a call.

Missed calls

A missed call from a sign gets a text back and a tour of the listing.

Booking

Property tours book into the listing broker’s calendar, with the address and suite.

The dashboard

Every tenant and buyer inquiry, filed by listing, on one dashboard.

Reviews and referrals

After a lease or sale, clients get asked for a review and the name of someone who needs space.

Email campaigns

New listings go to tenant reps and investors by property type and size.

PostHog analytics

PostHog shows which listings get read, and who comes back to the same one.

Session replay

Session replay shows the tenant rep who opened the flyer and never asked.

Monthly numbers

Each month you see inquiries by listing, tours booked and deals in LOI.

Every inquiry reaches one dashboard, and DocuSign stays for the LOI.

What we build

The plan

Less Work

New listings and OMs go live from one place, not three.

Less Time

Changes are a message to us, live the same week.

More Sales

Tenants and investors find the space and the OM on your domain, with your broker beside it.

Your questions

Can I show my LoopNet or Crexi listings on my own website?

Crexi’s listing feed only flows into Crexi, not out. For LoopNet, ask your account rep what your plan allows. Buildout publishes an API, so listings kept there can feed your site.

What is an offering memorandum?

The document a seller’s broker prepares for buyers: the property, its tenants and leases, the financials and the market. Many brokers release it only after the buyer signs a confidentiality agreement.

What is the best commercial real estate website builder?

A builder hands you a template and leaves the listings, OMs and forms to you. We build the site and keep it current, which is the part a busy brokerage rarely gets to.
