Real estate developer
website design.

Your project site has a drone flyover and a register button. A buyer wants the floor plans, what is still available and when they can walk the model. We build the site that shows them.

Unlabelled renderings

New York’s ad guidelines for condo sponsors want an artist’s rendering labelled as one, at true dimensions. A hero image with no caption is a risk on day one.

Register-only landing

The pre-construction site is a video and a register form. Buyers who want plans and a price range leave, and the ones who register hear nothing for months.

Static site plan

The site plan is a PDF from the last phase release. Lots that sold still look open, and nobody can tell which homesite backs onto the pond.

Homes ready now

A sample builder’s site, before the rebuild and after it. Watch a family look for a home they can move into this spring, then book the tour.

Example site check, sample figures. A family on a phone. Old site: a home for sale shows, behind a register form, after 8.4 seconds, 15.9 MB, largest paint 7.2s, tap reply 610ms, layout shift 0.27. Rebuilt site: a home for sale shows, on the builder’s own pages, after 0.9 seconds, 238 KB, largest paint 1.5s, tap reply 190ms, layout shift 0.04.

Before A family that needs a home by spring opens the site. A drone video loads first.

  1. Before: A family that needs a home by spring opens the site. A drone video loads first.
  2. Stuck: They tap Available Homes, and a register form opens. No homes.
  3. Rebuild: Same builder. Every plan and quick move-in home gets its own page and price.
  4. After: The search is the page, with Homesite 42 ready now right under it.
  5. Booked: They pick Saturday at 11 with Tessa, and the tour is on her calendar.

What you get

  • Free website, on a domain the project or the company keeps
  • An interactive site plan or stacking plan: each lot or unit marked available, reserved or sold
  • Floor plans, finishes and the design center on their own pages, renderings labelled as renderings
  • An interest list form worded for your stage: market testing, reservations or contracts
  • Registrants sent to Lasso CRM through its registrant API, or to the CRM you already run
  • The sponsor name, legends and registration numbers your state asks for, on every page that needs them

The cycle

The project site is where every ad, post and portal listing ends: the buyer finds the plan, the open lot and the next step.

  1. Lead

Everything that gets you a lead.

More people find you and reach out.

  2. Prospect

    Turn interest into a sale.

More of them say yes, and you never chase.

  3. Client

    Keep the job moving.

Jobs run on time, with less of you managing them.

  4. Kept or closed

    What happens after the job.

Finished work brings in the next job.

  5. Growth

Feed it back into the machine.

Every finished job helps bring the next lead.

Then it starts again.

CRM: Customers, conversations, bookings, jobs and employee tasks in one place, across all five.

What we build

The website

A project site with floor plans, availability and a register interest form.

SEO

Community and floor plan pages that come up when buyers search new homes near them.

AEO

Answer pages on plans, finishes and timing that AI tools can quote to a new-home buyer.

Lead generation

A register interest form and a price list download that build your waitlist.

Social posts

Construction progress and model home posts that keep the waitlist warm.

AI agents

An AI agent answers plans, finishes and timing from the facts you give it.

Missed calls

A missed call to the sales line gets a text back and a tour time.

Booking

Sales center tours and model home visits book into the sales team’s calendar.

The dashboard

Every registrant and buyer on one dashboard, from the first click to the contract.

Reviews and referrals

After move-in, buyers get asked for a review and the name of a friend who is looking.

Email campaigns

Phase releases and price updates go to the waitlist before they go public.

PostHog analytics

PostHog shows which floor plans and phases buyers keep coming back to.

Session replay

Session replay shows where a buyer stopped on the price list or the form.

Monthly numbers

Each month you see registrants, tours booked and reservations signed, by phase.

Every registrant reaches one dashboard, and DocuSign stays for the reservation.

What we build

The plan

Less Work

Availability on the site plan changes when a lot sells, not when someone remembers.

Less Time

A new phase goes live from one message to us, in the same week.

More Sales

Buyers see what is open and book the model while the lot they liked is still free.

Free website

Plans from $1,500 a month.

Your questions

What should a real estate developer website include?

Floor plans, what is available, the site or stacking plan, the location and the sales center hours, then the legal text your state asks for. A video helps once those are there. Without them it is decoration.

Can a condo website show renderings before the building exists?

Yes, labelled as renderings. New York’s guidelines for sponsors ask that an artist’s rendering is marked as one and shows true dimensions. Other states set their own rules, so your counsel reads the site before launch.

Can my builder website feed NewHomeSource?

NewHomeSource takes listings from builders through their own feed. Ask your BDX rep what your account allows. We keep your site’s plans and prices matching that feed so a buyer never sees two versions.
