Real estate agent
website.

Your brokerage gives you a roster page and Zillow gives you a profile. Both carry someone else’s brand, and neither comes along when you change brokerages. A site in your own name does.

Stock IDX template

Your IDX vendor gave you the template every agent on the plan gets. A seller lands on it and learns nothing about you, your streets or your sales.

Brokerage move reset

Change brokerages and the roster page, its reviews and every link to it go dark. You start your online presence over in the busiest month of the move.

Missing license disclosure

Realtor rules ask an agent’s site to show the firm’s name and the state of licensure where a reader can see them. A homemade site that skips them invites a complaint.

Her own site

A sample agent’s site, before the rebuild and after it. Watch a seller a past client sent check what she has sold, then ask about their own house.

Example site check, sample figures. A seller sent by a past client on a phone. Old site: her sales show, as a brokerage roster with none of them, after 7.4 seconds, 8.0 MB, largest paint 5.8s, tap reply 610ms, layout shift 0.27. Rebuilt site: her sales show, on her own domain, after 1.2 seconds, 230 KB, largest paint 1.5s, tap reply 230ms, layout shift 0.03.

Before A seller a past client sent looks Rena up. A slider of a stranger’s house loads.

  1. Before: A seller a past client sent looks Rena up. A slider of a stranger’s house loads.
  2. Stuck: They tap My Listings and land on the brokerage’s roster.
  3. Rebuild: Same agent. Her sales come back to her own domain, one page each.
  4. After: The sold homes are the page, with 22 Sorrel Lane on top.
  5. Asked: They ask what their house would sell for. It goes to Rena’s phone.

What you get

  • Free website, in your own name, on a domain you keep when you move
  • IDX search from your MLS, with your broker’s approval and your IDX vendor account
  • Farm area pages, sold homes and your reviews, written about you rather than the brokerage
  • Your brokerage name and license state shown the way your broker and Realtor rules ask
  • A home value request and a contact form that reach your phone and Follow Up Boss or Lofty

The cycle

The website is where Lead lands for a solo agent: postcards, posts and searches all end on a page with your name and your next step.

  1. Lead

Everything that gets you a lead.

More people find you and reach out.

  2. Prospect

    Turn interest into a sale.

More of them say yes, and you never chase.

  3. Client

    Keep the job moving.

Jobs run on time, with less of you managing them.

  4. Kept or closed

    What happens after the job.

Finished work brings in the next job.

  5. Growth

Feed it back into the machine.

Every finished job helps bring the next lead.

Then it starts again.

CRM: Customers, conversations, bookings, jobs and employee tasks in one place, across all five.

What we build

The website

Your own site, in your name, with a home value page that sellers fill in.

SEO

Your name comes up when sellers search realtor near me or home value in your area.

AEO

When someone asks an AI tool for an agent in your town, your own pages give it your name.

Lead generation

A home value report and a buyer guide that collect names and numbers for you.

Social posts

Your listings, your closings and your town, posted for you while you work.

AI agents

An AI agent replies to a new lead in minutes while you’re at a showing.

Missed calls

A missed call during a showing gets a text back and a time to talk.

Booking

Listing appointments and buyer consults book themselves into your calendar.

The dashboard

Your sphere, buyers and sellers on one dashboard, so nobody waits on your memory.

Reviews and referrals

Every closing ends with a text asking for a review and a referral from your client.

Email campaigns

Your sphere hears from you every month with local sales and what homes are worth.

PostHog analytics

PostHog shows which listings and which home value pages bring you the asks.

Session replay

Session replay shows the seller who started the value form and stopped.

Monthly numbers

Each month you see where leads came from, appointments set and listings signed.

Lofty or Follow Up Boss stays, and every lead is on one dashboard.

What we build

The plan

Less Work

Listings, sold pages and reviews go up from one message to us.

Less Time

Changes go live the same week, so the site keeps pace with your business.

More Sales

Sellers who look you up find a reason to call you, not the brokerage front desk.

Your questions

Do real estate agents need a website?

Not to get licensed. A seller who hears your name from a friend looks you up first, and a roster page tells them little. Your own site is the one place online that is fully about you and stays with you.

Can a realtor have their own website?

Yes. Show your brokerage’s name and your license state clearly, as Realtor rules ask, and get IDX through your broker. Some brokerages review agent sites too, so check with yours before launch.

What website do realtors use?

Many use the brokerage page or an IDX vendor’s template from Real Geeks, Placester or Agent Image. Those work. We build the site around your areas and keep it current, the part a template leaves to you.
