Realtor marketing
for solo agents.

You are the listing agent, the buyer’s agent, the marketer and the assistant. The brokerage lends you its name and Zillow sells you buyers. We build the part of the business that stays yours when you move.

Solo agent overload

One calendar holds the showings, the inspections, the listing paperwork and the marketing. Prospecting is the job that slips, and the pipeline goes quiet a season later.

Borrowed roster page

Your online home is one roster page on the brokerage site, under its brand. Change brokerages and the page, its reviews and every link to it go with the old firm.

Quiet sphere

Past clients and your sphere of influence hear from you at closing and at the holidays. When a friend asks them for an agent, they name whoever kept in touch.

Zillow referral fees

Zillow Preferred, the pay-at-close program agents knew as Flex, charges nothing upfront and takes a share of your commission when the deal closes. Every buyer it sends pays you less.

One agent

A listing at Homes by Rena, a sample solo agent, with her last one beside each figure for scale. The photos go from her phone to a page, the filing comes first, and every buyer who asks stays on the record.

Example listing record for Homes by Rena, a sample solo agent with Pelloway Realty: 7 Wren Court, $489,000. In draft the set is seven phone photos with file names, out of order and off level, with no floor plan and the back deck as the lead photo. Once finished, eight photos are in order with the front of the house as lead. The page stays private until the listing is filed, with Coming soon only if the MLS allows it, then Active and Under contract follow. The first text names the business, asks to keep texting, carries a STOP line, and the consent goes on the record. After 11 days on the market the record holds 25 inquiries, all answered, a first reply in 3 min, 10 showings and 2 offers. Her last listing took a first reply of 6 hours and reached 12 of 22 inquiries, 5 showings and no offers in the same days.

Your questions

How much do solo real estate agents make?

It swings with the deals you close and the split you keep. NAR’s member survey, quoted above, puts the typical Realtor well below a top producer, and agents in their first two years far below both. Most of it comes back from past clients.

Can you be a solo real estate agent?

Yes. A salesperson license still hangs with a broker, so solo means no team, not no brokerage. You keep more of each commission and do every job yourself, which is the gap we fill.

Solo real estate agent vs team: which is better?

A team hands you buyers and takes a larger split. Solo, you keep more of each deal and find every client yourself. In NAR’s survey a team closes far more sides than one agent, and that volume is what a solo agent replaces with systems.

What does a realtor marketing company charge?

Our plans and prices are listed on this page. No one-time fees. Month to month. We build your website first, for free, so you judge it before you spend anything.
